I used the scanner to not only scan a photo but to create art!

Skin Softening

I took a picture of me and then used filters and reversed the sharpened filter to make the skin look soft :)

Out of proportions

For this project I took a picture of a horse then took an picture of a cat, made it way smaller and placed it on the horses head to make it seem like the horse is REALY big or REALLY small.

Photo shoot

For this project I decided to use playing with eye contact, multi-capture, and getting on the same level.. it was loads of fun

Fine Arts Festival Poster

This is a poster I designed for the Albemarle County Fine Arts Festival, and I used many of the tools i learned this about this year to create this.. I also used many different fonts to make it more interesting.

Reflection

For this project I attempted the reflection style of mirror image... this was fun :)

David Hockney

David Hockney is an artist that makes pictures out of many other pictures. I used his style above :)

Portraits

I took pictures of people and or animals, then I followed the tutorials to make them look like this.

Downtown Mall

At the downtown mall we walked around and took pictures based on a wide-ranged list.To make it into a find the diffrences game we just copied the image and changed things from one of the pictures using tools like the clone or layer mask tools.

Photo aging

I think the most important thing in photo aging is the items in the photo/photos. If you age it then you shouldn't have something modern like an ipad because they aren't old.I used coffee stain brushes to add the age affect.

Collage

I chose the artist Eydi Lampasona that I wanted to replacate because I liked the way that she combined the photos of the amimals to make on big picture. I wanted to use her style but change the theme to babys. This was a fun project.

Warm and cold hands

I think that the warm and cold colors effect the moods and feeling of the pictures! I think it helps set the mood better for the viewer.

Glowing lights

For this project I used the pen toolto create a path then fill it with the "light". After making one you can just copy and paste, turn, and change the colors to make this cool masterpiece.

Typography

Typography is where you make a picture useing only letters, sometimes you use different fonts to make it look better!I used multiple fonts and letters to make my flower.

Sharpened Images

For this project I used the macro setting on my camera to take these photos. Then I used photoshop to sharpen and make the images stand out,have more detail, and look better!
